Muesli is a traditional breakfast of raw whole oats mixed with nuts, seeds and seasonings. The mixture is soaked overnight and is ready to eat in the morning. The result is delicious and incredibly satisfying!
1 cup whole oats
1/2 cup raw almonds - chopped or sliced
1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/3 cup chia seeds
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Mix all ingredients in a bowl then add into a large glass jar to store.
The night before, pour one serving into a bowl, cover with milk of choice (I usually use almond milk), cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator.
The next morning you may add a little dried fruit and/or honey for sweetness and enjoy!
Of course, you may add or subtract any ingredients from this list as desired.
