Taming The Sugar Monster

We all love sugar. In fact, we are biologically driven to seek out sweet stuff of all kinds. Sugar is the most simple, basic source of energy our bodies use so it only makes sense that we crave it so much. However, back in the day (think cave man and woman) sugar was not readily available. Early humans were generally forced to use fat as a source of energy. My Journey Back to Health

In June of 2011 I was 43 years old and felt as if my life could be over. I had recently been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and was feeling increasingly desperate and afraid. I was suffering from massive fatigue and brain fog characterized by an inability to think clearly along with unexplained numbness and tingling in my face and head.
